Ace Therapeutics provides comprehensive support for the testing and analysis of H. pylori drugs, and we offer general testing services for H. pylori drugs, including quality testing, toxicity testing, and stability testing. We offer customized testing services based on the type of drug and its manufacturing status.
Quality testing of H. pylori drugs
Our quality testing for H. pylori drugs includes three aspects, namely identity verification, purity assessment, and impurity detection. And we offer individualized quality testing for H. pylori drugs, including small molecule drugs, peptide and protein drugs, and polysaccharide drugs.
For H. pylori small molecule drugs, we use nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry (MS), and optical rotation spectroscopy (ORD) for identity verification and impurity detection, and then use the detection data for purity analysis.
For H. pylori peptide and protein drugs, we use X-ray crystallography, NMR, frozen electron microscopy, small-angle scattering (SAS), and microcrystalline electron diffraction (MicroED) to identify the structure of peptide and protein drugs. Then, we use in vitro or in vivo activity assays to evaluate the number of active molecules. As for impurity detection, we first use physical and chemical methods such as electrophoresis and chromatography for impurity analysis, and then we use biological methods to detect impurities that require special analysis, such as bacterial residue detection, non-target peptide and protein detection, and harmful biological substances detection.
For H. pylori polysaccharide drugs, we use NMR, ourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV), gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS), pulsed amperometric detection (PAD), and other methods for the structural identification of polysaccharides and impurity analysis. In addition, we also provide services for the composition and content analysis of extracted polysaccharides. For example, we offer composition and content analysis of extracted okra polysaccharides that have inhibitory effects on the adhesion of H. pylori to gastric epithelial cells.
Toxicity testing of H. pylori drugs
We offer in vitro molecular and cellular toxicity tests and in vivo general and specific toxicity tests in rodents. We customize the toxicity test according to the conditions of H. pylori drugs and flexibly adjust the test in order to complete the toxicity test at the fastest speed. For example, when testing H. pylori peptide and protein drugs, we add immunotoxicity testing. And if significant toxicity has been detected through in vitro testing, we will discuss with the client whether to continue in vivo toxicity testing.
Stability testing of H. pylori drugs
We not only provide general stability testing of H. pylori drugs under normal storage conditions, high-temperature conditions, and extreme acid and alkaline environmental conditions, but we also provide stability testing of H. pylori peptide and protein drugs under gastric environmental conditions and component stability analysis of H. pylori polysaccharide drugs.
Ace Therapeutics offers a robust and complete service for general testing of drugs against H. pylori, which provides a convenient way to assist in H. pylori drug development. As part of our one-stop shop for H. pylori drug development, general testing facilitates timely determination of the development value of H. pylori drugs.
