1. This product requires only a common PCR instrument and a gel electrophoresis instrument, and does not require expensive equipment.
2. This should only be used for research purposes and is sufficient for 50 routine PCRs of 40 μl systems.
3. The lower limit of detection for nucleic acid is 1.0 ng/μl.
4. Only directly usable DNA fragments are provided as positive controls.
5. DNA purification methods is the key factor that determine the detection sensitivity. Please purify your samples as much as possible.

The product is used for H. pylori resistance (23 s rRNA gene mutations) and quinolones resistance (gyrA gene mutations) clinical auxiliary diagnosis.

1. This product is used to detect H. pylori 23S rRNA gene A2143G, A2143C and A2144G mutations and gyrA gene 261A, 261G, 260T, 271A, 271T, 272G mutations.
2. This product uses polymerase chain reaction (PCR) combined with Taqman fluorescent probe technology for the identification of H. pylori and drug-resistant mutations.
3. 100% detection of each mutation site at a wild-type H. pylori concentration of 1 pg/μl and 0.1% mutation rate.
4. 100% detection of each mutation site was achieved when the concentration of wild H. pylori was 0.001 pg/μl and 50% mutation rate.

The product is used for H. pylori resistance (23 s rRNA gene mutations) including HP2142 and HP2143.

1. Product enables simultaneous detection of pathogenic microorganism nucleic acid and drug resistance mutation genes.
2. Nucleic acid amplification time is only 17 minutes, which greatly improves the speed of detection.
3. The product adopts ultra-high sensitivity KOD polymerase, and the minimum PCR reaction system volume is only 13.2μl.
4.The product uses a highly specific primer probe, which can detect a small number of copies in the sample.
